Life Celebration Ceremony
Life Celebrations - celebrating the life of a loved one who has passed
First, let me say, my heart felt condolences to you and your family for the loss. It's never an easy time to go through.
Having watched my own loved ones pass on, I know the confusion and pain that can get in the way of properly Honoring and Celebrating their lives when the funeral is being planned.
Funeral Homes are usually the place most people turn to for services and memorials after a loved one passes on. Funeral homes provide many services that I do not.
One thing I can provide is the Written Ceremony that honors and Celebrates the Life of your loved one. After meeting with you I'd ask you questions regarding their life - what they loved, what made them smile, what made their heart sing, what you enjoyed about them, and didn't enjoy, what their favorite song was, who were their friends, etc.
It's a lot like putting together a Love Story about your Loved One.
A Love Story that is filled with little vignettes of stories and moments that stand out about them that you want to re-visit and share with others. It's about focusing on the moments of Celebrating their life lived well, while at the same time, feeling all the feelings that are expected when a loved one passes away. Tears, sadness are expected and it is also expected to feel that joy of their love shared with us throughout their life and remember for the moment, a pleasant, or happier time.
Life Celebrations - that's what I call a funeral.
If you'd like to have me weave the tapestry of the life of your loved one into a ceremony that you approve and are part of, contact me. I'm happy and available to chat about it.
Just fill out the Contact Form to the left.
